This spectacular modern 3 floor villa is located at the top of Altea Hills. Thanks to this, it has one of the most beautiful views over the bay from the each corner of the house. As soon as you park the car in the covered double parking space with fantastic sea views you enter the villa through a big armoured door and you find a bright staircase with large windows. 

On the first floor there is a spacious and very bright living room with double height ceilings and high windows, separate fully equipped kitchen with Miele appliances and a separate laundry/storage space, large master bedroom with wardrobe and a luxury bathroom, all this with fantastic sea views. From the living room and the master bedroom there is a direct access to a big uncovered terrace with swimming pool and barbecue. 

On the lower floor there are 2 guest bedrooms, with a bathroom en- suite in each bedroom, a second living room and a guest bathroom. From each room there is an access to the terrace. 

EXTRAS: security entrance door, marble floors with underfloor heating, airco in each room, hot water by gas, double size fridge, heated swimming pool with underwater window, 24/7 security in Altea Hills. This is a very private villa with high quality materials !!

RESERVATION / PAYMENT

To be paid the 1st part of 50% to reserve the property.

As soon as we received from the owner a copy of the receipt of this 1st payment in their account, we will confirm to you the receipt of your payment and we will highlight in the rental calendar that the property is reserved for you until you have paid the 2nd part.

To be paid the 2nd part ultimate 1 month before date of arrival.

When we have received from the owner a copy of the receipt of this 2nd payment in their account, we will confirm to you the receipt of your payment and will send you information how to get exactly to our office to pay the deposit into the house manager and receiving the keys of the property.


DEPOSIT / ELECTRICITY USE

After the deposit of  500 euro  has been paid in CASH, the house- manager will escort you to the property to read the electricity meter together and include the figure in the rental-contract.

The deposit minus the electricity use will be returned to you the day of leaving and after we have inspected the property. In case of damage of the household of the property we will deduct the amount of damage from the deposit.

The electricity use will be calculated on base of after-calculation of your real use by reading together the meters on the day of arrival and departure. You only pay what you really use, costs  30 cents/kW . By normal use of 4-6 persons the weekly amount will be  approximate 120 euro , depending on which month of the year and daily individual use of heating, air- conditioning, heated swimming pool or sauna. This information is only for informative reason.

The contract fee is  30 euro  and the final cleaning cost is  175 euro , which will be deducted from the deposit the day of the departure.


CHECKING IN AND OUT OF THE PROPERTY

In-check from on 16.00 hours.

Out-check at 10.00 hours.

If you inform us in time your schedule of arrival and departure-time in Altea we might be flexible with these arrival and departure hours, all depending or other tenants using the property before and after you.


RULES / RESTRICTIONS

Your holiday home will be prepared before your arrival in the best way possible. In case of a technical defect please notify the house manager immediately through which the problem can be solved as soon as possible.
Rental price includes welcome basket, bed linen (summer/winter), bathroom towels.
Pets are not allowed unless otherwise beforehand is agreed.
For hygiene and safety reasons guests are requested not to smoke inside the house, which will be appreciated by the next guest.
Minimum rental period is 1 week.
Cancellation. In case of a cancellation after your final reservation, but at least 6 weeks prior to the arrival date, you will have to pay 40% of the total rent but never less than 300€. With less than 6 weeks remaining the total sum of the rental will be required. We recommend cancellation insurance.
